How do I replace an NBX phone on the system?

1) Install the phone and let the system Auto Discover the phone, 2) Go to 'Device Configuration' and 'Telephones' tab in the NetSet Administration Utility, and note the MAC addresses of the new phone and the phone being replaced, 3) Go to 'User Configuration' and the 'User' tab in the NetSet Administration Utility, highlight the new phone, and click the 'Remove' button. NOTE: This only removes the extension number, 4) Go to 'User Configuration' and the 'User' tab in the NetSet Administration Utility, highlight the phone to be replaced, and click the 'Modify' button. The left side will fill in automatically. On the right side, highlight the MAC address of the new phone, and click the 'OK' button, and ... 5) Go to 'Device Configuration' and the 'Telephones' tab in the NetSet Administration Utility, highlight the phone that is being replaced, and click the 'Remove' button.
