The NBX allows users set up as supervisors to listen (whisper, monitor, barge in) into phone calls without having to purchase any additional keycodes, software or hardware. This feature is only available when users are set up in a "Supervisory Monitor Domain." You do not have to be set up as ACD Agents or be logged in as agents.
