There are 3 types of Supervisory Call Monitoring available within the NBX R6.5 software.

  • Silent Monitor which allows the supervisor to monitor calls without anyone's knowledge.
  • Wisper Function which allows the supervisor to monitor and advise the agent without the customer's knowledge.
  • Barge-In which allowss the supervisor to monitor an agent's call and to speak to both the agent and customer.



All of these types of monitoring can be done with or without anouncement tones.
