There are several choices in this area. The first is the standard power supply which has a 110 volt.or 220 volt (depending on the use location power supply) plug in adapter ,with a 24 volt 350 mA output, to the phone set. In addition 3Com makes individual power over Ethernet supplies ,in 12 and 24 port models, as well as switches, that offer Power Over Ethernet as an added feature, such as the 4400 PWR, model 3C17205.
