All three series phones act as hubs. Each has an RJ 45 jack installed on the rear platform, for connectivity. A computer can be added, via this hub port, as needed. The major difference is in the speed per jack. Most are 10/100 hubs, which covers the majority of access needs at the desk top. The 3103 manager's phone has a one gig hub, for extraordinary speed or bandwidth requirements.
