They are repairable, at nominal rates. They can be sent into 3Com , as one possible choice, or can be repaired by our Company Tele-Source Industries, 1 800 544 0059. Tele-Source repairs not only current, but retired and discontinued NBX product, so it is wise to keep the units and send them in. Allow the vendor a standard period for turnaround time in repair, if possible. If not, we can send out replacements, even overnight sometimes, if necessary. Regardless of the company you choose to repair the products, it is almost always possible to save some money over new replacement costs.
